The HOVERCORE coffee table is the new life of a BMW M52B engine.
Its design is created to give the impression that the crankshaft is floating in space, while it actually forms the structural core of the piece.
The six pistons not only support the 6 mm thick tempered glass top, but also offer a glimpse into the engine’s former internal world. The integrated LED lighting underneath subtly highlights the shapes of the components, adding a distinctive ambient glow to the space.
The automotive heritage is reflected in the details as well: the lighting is activated with a key, using a motion reminiscent of starting an engine.
All components undergo chemical cleaning and surface preparation, followed by a durable, automotive-grade finish designed for long-term use.
Built with premium furniture-grade hardware, each piece is tested for electrical safety and functionality.
